CSA Construction Manager – Data Centre Construction | Finland

Are you an experienced CSA Construction Manager looking to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a major data centre construction project in Finland?

We’re partnering with a leading international contractor in the data centre sector, currently delivering a high-value data centre project in the Espoo region. They are now seeking a CSA Construction Manager to take ownership of on-site CSA delivery on a fast-paced, technically complex build.

This is a senior, site-based role offering responsibility for planning, coordination, safety and quality, while leading CSA teams and subcontractors through construction and handover.

The Role

• Lead delivery of all CSA work packages on site
• Manage and support CSA engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
• Drive high standards of health & safety, quality and programme
• Coordinate procurement, design and installation activities
• Chair CSA coordination meetings and manage daily site operations
• Support project close-out, snagging and handover

About You

• Degree-qualified in Construction or Engineering
• 7 years’ experience delivering CSA works on site
• Strong background managing large-scale construction projects
• Comfortable leading teams in a fast-track environment
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is advantageous

The Package

• €100,000 – €110,000 salary (DOE)
