Are you an experienced CSA Construction Manager looking to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a major data centre construction project in Finland?
We’re partnering with a leading international contractor in the data centre sector, currently delivering a high-value data centre project in the Espoo region. They are now seeking a CSA Construction Manager to take ownership of on-site CSA delivery on a fast-paced, technically complex build.
This is a senior, site-based role offering responsibility for planning, coordination, safety and quality, while leading CSA teams and subcontractors through construction and handover.

The Role

The Role
- Lead delivery of all CSA work packages on site
- Manage and support CSA engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
- Drive high standards of health & safety, quality and programme
- Coordinate procurement, design and installation activities
- Chair CSA coordination meetings and manage daily site operations
- Support project close-out, snagging and handover
- Degree-qualified in Construction or Engineering
- 7 years’ experience delivering CSA works on site
- Strong background managing large-scale construction projects
- Comfortable leading teams in a fast-track environment
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience is advantageous
- €100,000 – €110,000 salary (DOE)
- Living-away allowance paid in addition to salary
- Single-occupancy accommodation with utilities covered
- Regular return flights and in-country transport provided
- 24 days annual leave, increasing with service, plus public holidays
