Responsibilities:
- Collaborate proactively with the internal Design & Build team and project stakeholders to ensure design objectives are achieved efficiently.
- Verify that all design documentation complies with statutory and contractual standards, including guidance and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee and align design progression from early concepts through construction, coordinating inputs from all involved disciplines.
- Lead design review meetings, fostering collaboration between architects, specialist subcontractors (particularly façade trades), and technical consultants.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as Design Engineer/Site Engineer in Ireland with a Main Contractor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence interpreting technical drawings and construction specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
The Package:
- A salary in the range of €70,000 - €75,000, dependent on experience.
- Fully expensed company vehicle and fuel card.
