With a strong pipeline of hyperscale and mission critical developments currently under construction, the business is known for maintaining exceptionally high standards across health & safety, programme delivery, quality assurance, and technical execution.
The company continues to expand throughout the Nordic region and is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support the delivery of a major data centre construction project in the Helsinki region.
The Role: EHS Advisor
This is a site based EHS Advisor role working on a major data centre project in Espoo / Kirkkonummi, Finland.
You will support the wider project management and site safety team, ensuring all environmental, health and safety procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role will involve regular site inspections, subcontractor coordination, audits, toolbox talks, permit reviews, and ongoing monitoring of safety compliance across a busy live construction environment.
The successful EHS Advisor will work closely with site management, subcontractors, and project teams to help maintain a proactive safety culture on a technically demanding mission critical project.
Must Have Requirements
Salary: €65,000 – €80,000 DOE

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 3 years’ experience in an EHS Advisor or Health & Safety role on large scale construction projects
- Relevant third level qualification in Health & Safety or Environmental Health & Safety required
- Proven experience required managing site safety inspections, audits, RAMS reviews, and permit systems
- Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety legislation required
- Experience on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission critical construction projects is highly beneficial
- Experience working with a main contractor or specialist M&E contractor
- Background on fast track construction projects preferred
- Experience managing subcontractor safety compliance beneficial
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Support the project management team and lead site safety personnel
- Ensure full compliance with project and company EHS management systems
- Review method statements, risk assessments, permits to work, and safe systems of work
- Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and safety observations
- Coordinate toolbox talks, safety briefings, and induction processes
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with project EHS standards
- Assist with accident investigations and corrective action reporting
- Maintain records relating to statutory inspections, plant, equipment, and safety documentation
- Promote strong environmental controls including waste reduction and recycling initiatives
- Attend daily coordination meetings and support ongoing site safety planning
- Maintain welfare and hygiene standards across the project site
- You are organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast paced construction environment
- You have strong communication skills and can engage effectively with site teams and subcontractors
- You understand the demands of large scale construction projects and can maintain standards under pressure
- You are detail focused with strong reporting and documentation ability
- You work well independently while also contributing positively within a project team environment
- You are comfortable working within a live data centre or mission critical construction setting
Salary: €65,000 – €80,000 DOE
