With multiple hyperscale projects currently under construction across Europe, the company has established itself as a leading delivery partner within the mission critical sector, known for technical expertise, programme delivery, and high-quality project execution.
Due to continued expansion in Sweden, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a major data centre project in Skellefteå.
The Role: Electrical Engineer
The Electrical Engineer will support the delivery of electrical works across a large-scale data centre project, ensuring installations are completed safely, on programme, and in line with project specifications and quality standards.
Working closely with senior engineers, subcontractors, supervisors, and the wider project team, you will play a key role in coordinating electrical activities, reviewing technical documentation, managing QA processes, and supporting programme delivery on-site.
This role suits an Electrical Engineer with strong technical knowledge and experience working on large-scale construction or M&E projects.
Must Have Requirements
You are a technically strong Electrical Engineer with experience working on construction or building services projects within live site environments.
You have strong organisational and communication skills, can coordinate effectively with subcontractors and project teams, and are comfortable working within fast-paced programme-driven projects.
You take a proactive approach to problem-solving and are focused on delivering high-quality electrical installations safely and efficiently.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the electrical construction sector required
- Proven experience working on electrical systems including power distribution and lighting
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site installation practices
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities required
- Data centre, industrial, or mission critical project experience preferred
- Experience managing QA/QC processes beneficial
- Knowledge of technical submittals, RFIs, and commissioning activities advantageous
- Experience supporting commercial tracking and variation management beneficial
- European project experience
- BIM or digital construction platform experience
- Exposure to commissioning and snagging processes
- Support the coordination and delivery of electrical works across the project lifecycle
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Assist with QA/QC implementation and ensure works are completed to specification
- Coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams on daily electrical activities
- Monitor project progress and report programme updates to senior management
- Maintain electrical documentation including technical submittals and safety records
- Attend site meetings, engineering reviews, and planning meetings
- Liaise with the design team to request and track RFIs and construction information
- Assist with inspections, installation checks, and verification of electrical systems
- Support commercial management through variation tracking and progress reporting
- Identify and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues
- Support the management and close-out of electrical snagging items
