Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their commercial team in Dublin. The Role: Electrical Estimator
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award. Working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers and senior management, you will produce detailed cost estimates, evaluate tender documentation and support the successful handover of awarded projects to the delivery team.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong understanding of commercial electrical installations and construction estimating. You are commercially aware, highly organised and enjoy producing accurate tenders while working closely with project teams to secure profitable work.

Must Have Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Estimator.
- Electrical trade background or strong knowledge of electrical installations gained through apprenticeship or site experience.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail.
- Review tender documentation, drawings and specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical and M&E projects.
- Complete quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities where required.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare labour, material and subcontractor pricing.
- Identify commercial risks, exclusions and value engineering opportunities.
- Compile and submit tender packages within deadlines.
- Assist with post-tender negotiations and project handover.
- Monitor market pricing and maintain estimating records.
- Support continuous improvement within the estimating function.
