Job title: Electrical Package Manager – Data Centre
Location: Fredericia, Denmark
Company: International M&E Engineering Contractor
Package: €115,000 DOE + 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation + accommodation + return flights + vehicle + 25 days annual leave
The Company
This international M&E engineering contractor delivers major electrical and mechanical projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe, with a strong presence in the data centre, pharmaceutical and power sectors.
They have a substantial European project pipeline and are now looking for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a major data centre project in Denmark.
The Role: Electrical Package Manager
As Electrical Package Manager, you will take ownership of designated electrical systems and work packages, reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and vendors.
You will be responsible for programme delivery, installation quality, safety, commercial awareness and progressing the electrical package through testing, commissioning and handover.

You are an experienced Electrical Package Manager with a strong electrical construction background and the ability to manage significant work packages on a large-scale project.
You will be technically strong, commercially aware and comfortable driving subcontractors and site teams to meet programme, quality and commissioning targets.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in electrical construction project delivery
- Proven experience managing electrical subcontractors and site activities
- Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems and infrastructure
- Experience on data centre, mission critical, pharmaceutical or major industrial projects required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical packages from construction through commissioning and handover
- Coordinate Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and vendors
- Drive programme, quality and health and safety standards
- Monitor package progress, costs and commercial performance
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and technical close-out
- Liaise with the Project Manager and wider project team
