The Role – Electrical Package Manager The Electrical Package Manager will oversee the delivery of electrical building services packages across major construction projects in Dublin City. Working as part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will manage the electrical installation from pre construction planning through to testing, commissioning and project handover.
You will coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors and the wider site management team to ensure electrical systems are delivered safely, on programme and in line with project quality standards.
Key Responsibilities • Managing the electrical package across all project phases including pre construction, installation, testing and commissioning
• Coordinating design information with consultants and project teams to ensure timely delivery of electrical services
• Ensuring electrical works are implemented in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements
• Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across all electrical installations on site
• Inspecting installation works to ensure compliance with approved quality plans and construction standards
• Monitoring project programmes and reviewing installation progress with subcontractors
• Managing electrical subcontractors and ensuring strong collaboration with the wider project team
• Supporting technical coordination and resolving electrical design or installation issues
• Reporting progress and supporting the successful delivery of project milestones
About You • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years experience working in electrical building services delivery or package management
• Previous experience working with a main contractor on construction projects preferred
• Experience on large scale construction developments such as residential, pharmaceutical, commercial or data centre projects
• Strong understanding of electrical building services systems and site coordination
• Chartered status or working towards chartership is advantageous
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent IT and project coordination abilities
