They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee specialist electrical installation works on a major data centre development in Berlin, Germany.
The Role: Project Manager
This is a permanent position based in Berlin, Germany, taking responsibility for the delivery of specialist electrical infrastructure packages on a large-scale data centre project.
You will manage site teams, subcontractors, procurement, project programmes and commercial performance, ensuring electrical installations are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
Working closely with the main contractor, client representatives and engineering teams, you will oversee works from initial planning through installation, testing and final handover.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager with a strong understanding of electrical installations and construction project delivery.
You will be commercially aware, organised and confident managing subcontractors, project programmes and technical installation works within a live data centre construction environment.
Experience delivering specialist electrical infrastructure packages, particularly earthing and lightning protection systems, would be a strong advantage.

- Hands-on experience managing subcontractors, procurement, project budgets and construction programmes.
- Strong understanding of electrical installations, technical drawings and site coordination.
- Fluent English required, with strong communication and project leadership skills.
- Experience with earthing, grounding, lightning protection or surge protection systems.
- Electrical Engineering or relevant construction qualification.
- Previous experience working on European data centre construction projects.
- German language skills beneficial.
- Manage specialist electrical installation packages from mobilisation through to handover.
- Coordinate electrical site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project resources.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
- Liaise with the main contractor, client representatives and engineering teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are delivered to programme.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Manage project reporting, variations and commercial documentation.
- Ensure electrical works meet health and safety, quality and technical requirements.
- Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning and final handover.
You are an experienced Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager with a strong understanding of electrical installations and construction project delivery.
