Job title: Electrical Project Manager – Modular MEP
Location: Mallusk, Co Antrim

Package: £65,000 to £75,000 DOE + pension + package
The Company
This specialist MEP contractor designs, manufactures and delivers offsite modular building services and low-carbon energy solutions across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Operating from a modern offsite manufacturing facility in Co Antrim, the business delivers modular plantrooms, MEP distribution systems and energy solutions for major commercial and public sector projects.
The Role: Electrical Project Manager
As Electrical Project Manager, you will take ownership of the electrical delivery of offsite modular MEP projects from the Mallusk facility.
You will manage electrical, BMS and assembly teams, including subcontract labour, while coordinating closely with design, engineering, procurement, quality and project teams.
The role covers both project management and operational delivery, so you will need a strong electrical construction background and be comfortable getting involved in the detail when required.
Must Have Requirements
You will come from a strong electrical construction or MEP background with experience managing people, subcontractors and multiple work packages.
You should be commercially aware, organised and comfortable working across procurement, programme, technical coordination and day-to-day electrical delivery.
What’s On Offer
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 DOE

Must Have Requirements
- Must have previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar electrical management role.
- Proven electrical and BMS experience within modular construction or the commercial MEP sector is required.
- Experience leading multiple projects, electrical teams and subcontractors.
- Full driving licence required.
- Offsite modular or prefabricated MEP experience strongly preferred.
- BIM or digital construction experience beneficial.
- Experience with energy, decarbonisation or low-carbon building services advantageous.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical and BMS delivery across multiple offsite modular projects.
- Lead electrical assembly teams and manage subcontract labour requirements.
- Coordinate electrical material take-offs and procurement against approved technical submittals.
- Prepare tender packages and manage the appointment of electrical subcontractors.
- Develop electrical installation timescales and contribute to overall project programmes.
- Monitor labour, resources, progress and project targets.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, quality, procurement and supply chain teams.
- Attend project and site meetings to manage programme, materials and installation requirements.
- Ensure subcontractor RAMS and project requirements are in place.
- Drive improvements in assembly times, productivity and offsite manufacturing processes
