You are an experienced Electrical Site Manager ready to take the lead on a high-end commercial project in Central London. Working on a luxury hotel development for a major international M&E contractor, you will coordinate site installation activities, manage subcontractors, oversee safety, and ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Electrical Site Manager – Skills & Experience
- Electrical trade qualification or relevant technical background.
- 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Lead Supervisor.
- Experience delivering high-end commercial, hospitality, hotel or large residential projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical installation, QA/QC, commissioning and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and direct labour on busy city-centre projects.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and coordination with other trades.
- Experience working with main contractors on fast-paced, high-specification projects.
- Oversee all electrical installation activities on a luxury hotel development.
- Coordinate electricians, subcontractors and specialist vendors.
- Ensure work is carried out safely, to specification, and in line with project programme.
- Attend daily/weekly site coordination meetings with project management and other trades.
- Monitor progress, resolve installation issues and keep accurate daily records.
- Implement quality checks, review drawings, and verify compliance on all installations.
- Manage materials, deliveries and logistics on a tight city-centre site.
- Support testing, commissioning and final handover stages.
- Liaise with the client team and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project.
- £65,000 salary DOE
- Accommodation provided in London.
- Weekly or bi-weekly flights home, depending on your preference.
