Job title: Electrical Supervisor – Data Centre
Location: Eskilstuna, Södermanland County, Sweden

Package: €80,000 to €90,000 DOE + European package
The Company
This international contractor delivers large-scale turnkey data centre projects across Europe, covering design, construction, M&E installation and commissioning.
They are looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to join the site team on a major data centre project in Eskilstuna, Sweden, with flights, private accommodation and rotational options included.
The Role: Electrical Supervisor
As Electrical Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day electrical installation activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with programme.
You will work closely with the Electrical Construction Manager and wider project team, taking responsibility for short-term planning, productivity, quality and electrical works across your assigned area.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong trade background and a practical understanding of electrical construction.
You will be comfortable managing crews and subcontractors on a busy data centre site while keeping a close eye on programme, productivity, safety and quality.

Must Have Requirements
- Relevant Electrical Trade qualification required.
- Previous Electrical Supervisor experience within an M&E contracting environment.
- Strong hands on electrical installation and site delivery experience.
- Proven experience managing electrical labour and subcontractors.
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.
- Previous European project experience beneficial.
- Manage electrical labour and subcontractors on site.
- Prepare two-week look-ahead programmes and monitor progress against programme.
- Coordinate electrical installations with other trades and project teams.
- Maintain high standards of installation quality and workmanship.
- Carry out toolbox talks and weekly progress reporting.
- Identify and report variations, delays and programme risks.
- Ensure materials, plant and access equipment are compliant and suitable for use.
- Maintain strong health and safety standards across all electrical works.
