The Role: Electrical Supervisor
This Electrical Supervisor position is based on a major data centre project in Dublin, Co Dublin. Reporting to the Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day electrical installation works, ensuring subcontractors deliver safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
You will work closely with the mechanical, CSA and commissioning teams to coordinate services, resolve technical issues and maintain high standards of quality throughout every stage of the build.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background delivering complex building services installations on live construction projects. You are confident coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme and driving quality standards while promoting a strong safety culture on site.
You communicate well with project managers, engineers and site teams, take ownership of your work and remain organised in a busy project environment.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large construction projects.
- Proven experience required managing electrical subcontractors on site.
- Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical building services installations.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Experience working for a main contractor or specialist M&E contractor is required.
- Previous data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission critical project experience.
- Experience supporting testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Familiarity with digital quality management systems and inspection software.
- Electrical trade qualification or relevant engineering qualification.
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
- First Aid or additional site safety qualifications.
- Supervise all electrical installation activities across the project.
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors to maintain programme delivery.
- Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications and approved RAMS.
- Carry out quality inspections and monitor workmanship throughout construction.
- Support the implementation of Health & Safety procedures and permit systems.
- Coordinate interfaces with Mechanical and CSA teams to avoid programme delays.
- Review drawings and resolve technical queries alongside the project team.
- Assist with testing, commissioning and final system handover.
- Manage snagging activities and ensure timely close-out of outstanding works.
- Complete daily reports, inspections and quality documentation.
