Job title: EU Director – Data Centre / MEP Projects

The Company
An established MEP contractor delivering major data centre and mission critical projects across Europe, with a growing pipeline of work in Germany.
They are now looking for an EU Director to take senior responsibility for multiple projects in Germany, leading project teams and overseeing operational delivery.
The Role: EU Director
This is a senior leadership position for someone with a strong electrical background and extensive data centre experience.
You will oversee multiple projects in Germany, working with senior project teams to ensure programme, commercial, quality and safety targets are achieved. Broader MEP experience is highly desirable.
Must Have Requirements
You will have progressed from a strong electrical construction background into senior operational or director-level management.
You will understand large-scale data centre delivery and be comfortable managing multiple projects, senior teams and client relationships across Germany.

- Previous Germany or mainland Europe experience beneficial
- Strong commercial and client management experience
- Oversee multiple data centre projects across Germany
- Lead Project Directors, Project Managers and senior delivery teams
- Maintain oversight of programme, commercial performance and quality
- Manage senior client and project stakeholder relationships
- Ensure projects are properly resourced and key risks are managed
- Support the continued growth of the contractor’s German operations
