The Role – Façade Manager
As Façade Manager, you will take full responsibility for the façade package across multiple Dublin projects, ensuring design coordination, procurement, sequencing, quality, and safety are controlled from early stages through to completion and handover.
This is a key role on high-profile developments where the façade is a defining element of programme, performance, and finish.

The Role – Façade Manager
As Façade Manager, you will take full responsibility for the façade package across multiple Dublin projects, ensuring design coordination, procurement, sequencing, quality, and safety are controlled from early stages through to completion and handover.
This is a key role on high-profile developments where the façade is a defining element of programme, performance, and finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager with façade delivery and daily site operations.
- Coordinate façade elements across subcontract packages, managing detailed interfaces.
- Plan and programme the full façade construction sequence and look-ahead schedules.
- Manage technical submittals, approvals, and BCAR compliance for façade scope.
- Lead sample procurement, mock-ups, testing regimes and sign-offs.
- Ensure works meet Employer’s Requirements, specs and drawings.
- Track procurement of façade materials and coordinate logistics and deliveries.
- Ensure SOPs are followed from design through procurement and installation.
- Use BIM Field (or similar) to review quality and conduct checklist inspections.
- Compile Safety File and O&M data for handover.
- Manage on-site testing, snagging close-out and final sign-off.
- Review and validate façade variations and manage scope alignment with subcontractors.
About You
- 5 years’ experience at Façade Manager level on similar projects.
- Strong delivery background on high-density residential or major commercial builds.
- Trade qualification or construction-related degree.
- Excellent subcontractor management and sequencing skills.
- Strong technical understanding of façade systems, interfaces and QA requirements.
- Able to work to tight deadlines on complex, multi-front projects.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
