This role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of existing water treatment systems, along with providing customer training and technical support based out of Co Kildare. You will have strong problem-solving skills, including fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective measures.
 
You’ll be responsible for ensuring all work meets the required quality standards and for maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and reliable service delivery. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams on service documentation, reporting, and invoicing.

Field Service Engineer Skills:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
 - Experience working with technologies such as Membranes, Ion Exchange, CDI, Filtration, Chemical Dosing Systems, and UV treatment.
 - Strong communication and English language skills.
 - Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - EU work permit and a full, clean driving licence.
 
As a Field Service Engineer:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on water treatment systems.
 - Diagnose faults and carry out root cause analysis and corrective actions.
 - Troubleshoot and repair pumps, instruments, and control panels.
 - Provide technical support and advice to customers.
 - Prepare and submit detailed technical service reports.
 - Manage service documentation to support administration and invoicing.
 - Ensure all work complies with customer and company quality standards.
 - Work independently or as part of a small team.
 - Availability for weekly evening or night work.
