This well-established Tier 1 Irish main contractor has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex commercial, residential, healthcare, education and specialist construction projects across Ireland and Europe.
With a consistent pipeline of high-profile developments, the business is recognised for its commitment to quality workmanship, strong health and safety standards and investing in its people.
This opportunity is based on a live commercial redevelopment in Dublin 8, Co Dublin. The project is well underway, with the successful Finishing Foreman / Finishing Site Manager joining an experienced delivery team to lead the final phases through to completion.
The Role: Finishing Site Manager
Working alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will take ownership of all finishing works on this commercial construction project in Dublin 8. You'll ensure the highest standards of workmanship are achieved while maintaining programme and coordinating multiple finishing trades on a busy live site.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Finishing Foreman looking to step up or a Finishing Site Manager seeking to join one of Ireland's leading main contractors on a prestigious commercial project.

About You
You are an experienced Finishing Foreman or Finishing Site Manager with a strong eye for detail and a track record of delivering high-quality commercial construction projects. You understand the importance of programme, quality and client satisfaction during the final stages of a build.
You communicate well with subcontractors and site management, remain organised under pressure and take pride in delivering projects to the highest standard.

Must Have Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Site Manager on commercial construction projects
- Experience working for a main contractor in Ireland is required
- Strong knowledge of quality control, snagging and handover procedures
- Proven ability to manage finishing subcontractors and deliver projects to programme
Preferred Experience
- Hotel, commercial or high-end fit out project experience
- Strong client and subcontractor coordination skills
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Nice to Have
- Trade background or construction qualification
- Procore, FieldView or similar site management software experience
- First Aid and Safe Pass certification
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all finishing trades through to practical completion
- Drive quality standards across all internal and external finishes
- Manage snagging, inspections and defect close-out
- Monitor programme and ensure finishing activities remain on schedule
- Coordinate subcontractors and daily site operations
- Work closely with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
- Support the successful handover of the project
