Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Project Delivery

We are seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering foundation to join a growing team delivering high-value construction and engineering projects based out of Co. Kildare. This is an excellent development opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, project support, and construction engineering.

The role offers exposure to major projects for high-profile clients, working closely with senior engineers, project managers, and pre-construction teams to develop practical skills and technical competence in mechanical systems and engineering delivery.

Graduate Mechanical Engineer Skills:

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pipework, pumps, HVAC, and utilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and P&IDs.
• Proficiency with engineering software and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to develop practical experience in mechanical engineering within a project environment.

As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer:

• Support senior engineers with mechanical design, calculations, and project delivery tasks.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements under guidance.
• Assist with documentation, method statements, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth mechanical system design and installation planning.
• Learn to identify potential design risks and participate in value engineering initiatives.
• Develop technical knowledge and practical skills through mentorship and project exposure.

The Package:
Salary will be at least €37,500 depending on experience along with a competitive package
