The Role - EHS Lead
This is a senior position supporting the delivery of EHS strategy across multiple live projects. Working closely with senior management and reporting directly to the Group EHS Manager, you will drive standards, ensure compliance and play a key role in shaping a positive and proactive safety culture.
You will have a strong presence across sites, influencing H&S teams, improving systems and ensuring that safety, environmental and wellbeing initiatives are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive a positive safety culture across all project teams
- Support and mentor site based EHS personnel
- Maintain and improve EHS systems in line with ISO standards
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements
- Carry out site audits, inspections and incident investigations
- Monitor contractor compliance and risk management processes
- Track EHS performance and support reporting to senior management
- Deliver training and provide guidance to site teams
About You
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety at Level 7 or higher
- 5 to 8 years experience in a senior EHS role within construction
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction safety legislation
- Experience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems
- PSDP and PSCS experience beneficial
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to influence teams and drive behavioural change
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Comfortable delivering training and engaging with stakeholders
- Strong IT and reporting skills
- Full clean driving licence
