Job title: Health and Safety Manager – Residential, Commercial & Education Projects
Location: North Dublin, Co Dublin
Company: Irish Main Contractor delivering €Multi-million residential, commercial and education projects
Package: €85,000 to €95,000 + vehicle, fuel, pension and bonus
The Company
This Irish main contractor delivers €Multi-million residential developments, office projects and large education schemes across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.
With a strong pipeline of work and multiple live sites, they are now looking for a Health and Safety Manager to lead safety standards across projects from a North Dublin base.
The Role: Health and Safety Manager
You will take responsibility for Health & Safety across multiple projects in North Dublin and throughout Leinster, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and senior management.
The role will involve regular site visits, compliance monitoring, audits, reporting and supporting site teams to maintain strong safety standards across live construction environments.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 7+ years’ Health & Safety experience within Irish construction
- Proven experience in a Health and Safety Manager or senior Safety Advisor role is required
- Main contractor experience is required
- Relevant Health & Safety qualification and full driving licence required
Preferred Experience
- Residential, commercial or education construction experience preferred
- Experience managing safety across multiple sites beneficial
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction Health & Safety legislation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Health & Safety standards across multiple construction projects
- Carry out site audits, inspections and compliance reviews
- Review RAMS, safety plans and site documentation
- Support Project Managers and Site Managers on safety matters
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and site practices
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks, briefings and safety training
- Prepare reports for senior management and maintain accurate records
