Job title: Health & Safety Advisor – €125m Residential Development
Location: Limerick City, Co Limerick

Package: €55,000 to €60,000 + vehicle / vehicle allowance, pension and healthcare
The Company
This Irish main contractor has a strong pipeline of residential and healthcare construction work across Limerick and the wider Munster region.
They are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to work across two major projects in Limerick, including a €125 million residential development and a substantial healthcare development.
The Role: Health & Safety Advisor
As Health & Safety Advisor, you will work across the contractor’s residential and healthcare sites in Limerick, supporting the site teams and maintaining strong Health & Safety standards across both projects.
The role suits someone with at least 2 years’ construction Health & Safety experience who wants exposure to major building projects while developing within an experienced main contractor team.
Must Have Requirements
• Must have at least 2 years’ Health & Safety experience in construction
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification required
• Good knowledge of Irish construction Health & Safety legislation
• Hands on construction site experience required
Preferred Experience
• Main contractor experience preferred
• Residential or healthcare construction experience beneficial
• Experience dealing with subcontractors on active sites advantageous
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out site inspections and Health & Safety audits
• Review RAMS and subcontractor safety documentation
• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and safe working practices
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations
• Maintain accurate Health & Safety documentation
• Work closely with site management teams across both projects
About You
You will have at least 2 years’ construction Health & Safety experience and be confident working directly with site teams and subcontractors.
You will be practical, organised and comfortable working across busy residential and healthcare construction sites.
