We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support the development and implementation of safety standards across a busy, fast-moving organisation. This role will suit someone who understands the importance of strong safety culture and enjoys working across multiple teams, offices, and client environments.
Based at the Head Office in Co. Cork, you will also travel occasionally to regional offices across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK for training, audits, and client engagements.

Health & Safety Advisor Skills:

Health & Safety Advisor Skills:
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to carry out inspections, audits, and accident investigations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence delivering training.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and confident preparing written reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams.
- Full Irish driving licence required.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Review and update risk assessments and conduct regular safety audits.
- Deliver training and provide ongoing support to employees across the business.
- Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation including inspections, training records, and incident reports.
- Work closely with management teams to promote a positive safety culture.
- Develop tender documentation for the HSQE elements of submissions.
- Represent the company during client meetings and safety forums.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s health and safety strategy.
