The company works with commercial clients and main contractors, delivering HVAC installation projects from initial planning through to commissioning and handover.
With a strong workload across Dublin, they are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take responsibility for regional project delivery, managing installation teams, subcontractors, budgets and client relationships.
The Role: HVAC Project Manager
This HVAC Project Manager position is based in Dublin and involves overseeing multiple HVAC and mechanical installation projects across the region.
You will take responsibility for projects from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover, ensuring labour, materials, subcontractors and site activities are coordinated to meet programme, quality and commercial targets.
Working closely with installation supervisors, engineers and senior management, you will have the authority to make day-to-day delivery decisions, manage project resources and maintain strong relationships with clients and main contractors.
The position will suit an experienced HVAC Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects and wants to play a key role in managing and developing a regional installation operation.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced HVAC Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical building services and HVAC installations.
You understand how to manage multiple live projects, organise labour and subcontractors, control costs and keep installation programmes moving.
You will be comfortable dealing directly with clients and main contractors, making practical decisions on site and supporting installation teams through to successful project completion.
A hands-on understanding of HVAC systems, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage projects independently will be important.

- Full driving licence and ability to travel between project sites across Dublin.
- Experience delivering multiple HVAC installation projects simultaneously.
- Background working with mechanical contractors, HVAC specialists or building services contractors.
- Experience coordinating commissioning, snagging and project handover.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Manage multiple HVAC installation projects across Dublin from planning through to handover.
- Develop project programmes and coordinate labour, materials and subcontractor resources.
- Oversee installation supervisors, engineers and subcontractors to maintain site progress.
- Monitor project budgets, labour costs, procurement, variations and financial performance.
- Attend site regularly to review progress, installation quality and health and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, main contractors and internal teams to resolve technical and programme issues.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, site access and installation schedules.
- Oversee commissioning preparation, snagging, documentation and final project handover.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management, identifying risks and maintaining programme commitments.
