Package: €65,000 to €70,000 + package (Vehicle, Pension, Bonus, Healthcare, CPD, Clear progression towards Senior Quantity Surveyor)

The Role: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
You will join the commercial team on a €500m+ landmark commercial development in Dublin, working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, Project Director and wider site team.
You will manage your own packages across procurement, cost control, valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and progress towards Senior Quantity Surveyor level.
Must Have Requirements
You will be a commercially aware Quantity Surveyor with a strong main contractor background and the confidence to manage your own packages.
You should be organised, comfortable dealing with subcontractors and keen to progress towards Senior Quantity Surveyor level.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor=
- Main contractor experience on building projects is required
- Strong experience in procurement, valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts
- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification required
- Large scale commercial construction experience preferred
- Irish main contractor experience beneficial
- Experience managing packages through to final account advantageous
- Manage subcontractor procurement and tender analysis
- Prepare valuations, variations and cost reports
- Manage subcontractor payments and accounts
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and commercial risks
- Work closely with the site team to track progress and programme
- Maintain accurate commercial records
- Support final account negotiations and contract administration
You will be a commercially aware Quantity Surveyor with a strong main contractor background and the confidence to manage your own packages.
