With experienced project teams and an excellent mentoring culture, this is an ideal opportunity for a Junior Building Services Coordinator looking to develop their career on large-scale construction projects in Dublin.

The Role: Junior Building Services Coordinator

Reporting to a Senior Building Services Coordinator, you will assist with the coordination of Mechanical and Electrical services across all stages of project delivery.

This role offers excellent exposure to design coordination, subcontractor management, commissioning and site-based MEP delivery while working alongside experienced construction professionals.

Must Have Requirements

• Must have a qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years' experience within building services, construction or MEP projects.
• Strong technical understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Main contractor or consultancy experience.
• Familiarity with BIM software or Navisworks.
• Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with MEP coordination throughout construction.
• Review drawings and technical information.
• Attend coordination meetings.
• Support subcontractor management.
• Assist with commissioning and quality inspections.
• Monitor installation progress.
• Help resolve technical coordination issues.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
