The Role: Junior Building Services Coordinator
Reporting to a Senior Building Services Coordinator, you will assist with the coordination of Mechanical and Electrical services across all stages of project delivery.
This role offers excellent exposure to design coordination, subcontractor management, commissioning and site-based MEP delivery while working alongside experienced construction professionals.
Must Have Requirements
You are enthusiastic, technically minded and keen to build a career in Building Services Coordination. You enjoy working as part of a project team and are eager to learn from experienced professionals on major construction developments.

- Must have a qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years' experience within building services, construction or MEP projects.
- Strong technical understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Main contractor or consultancy experience.
- Familiarity with BIM software or Navisworks.
- Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.
- Assist with MEP coordination throughout construction.
- Review drawings and technical information.
- Attend coordination meetings.
- Support subcontractor management.
- Assist with commissioning and quality inspections.
- Monitor installation progress.
- Help resolve technical coordination issues.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
