Responsibilities:
- Monitoring on-site works delivered by a highly experienced subcontractor.
- Liaising with the local council, utilities providers, and project stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records of site progress, ensuring compliance with plans and safety standards.
- Supporting reporting requirements for the Construction Manager and project team.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-grad experience in Ireland.
- Strong IT and digital reporting skills.
- A proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to manage site relationships with subcontractors and councils.
