This is an excellent role for a Junior Site Engineer who is eager to gain exposure to large-scale, technically challenging projects while developing their skills and career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting Out: Perform setting out and surveying duties on-site, ensuring all works are carried out with precision and align with project specifications.
- Technical Support: Assist in managing technical aspects of the construction process, ensuring work is executed in compliance with designs and plans.
- Coordination: Collaborate with site management and subcontractors to ensure seamless progress of the project, addressing any challenges promptly.
- Health & Safety: Uphold high health and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Site Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor
- Proficient in setting out with instruments such as Total Stations or GPS.
- Commitment to health and safety protocols.
