You are an experienced M&E BIM Coordinator who can support the digital delivery of mechanical and electrical services across a diverse range of building projects.

M&E BIM Coordinator Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a BIM Coordination role within the mechanical and/or electrical sector
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD
- Experience working within BIM Level 2 environments and Common Data Environments (e.g. BIM 360, Viewpoint, Trimble)
- Knowledge of M&E systems and their spatial/technical requirements
- Understanding of Irish construction standards, building services coordination, and drawing protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Self-motivated with good organisational skills and attention to detail
As a M&E BIM Coordinator:
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical BIM models throughout design, construction, and as-built stages
- Integrate and manage federated models across M&E disciplines, ensuring clash detection and resolution
- Collaborate with site and project teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date model data is available
- Produce coordinated drawings, layouts, and fabrication details from 3D models
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal design teams to ensure technical accuracy
- Maintain model integrity, version control, and structured file management using CDE platforms
- Attend coordination and clash resolution meetings and issue reports as needed
- Support the implementation of BIM standards, BEPs, and model handovers aligned to project requirements (BS EN ISO 19650 where applicable)
