Are you ready to join one of Ireland’s most dynamic residential developers?

You are a driven and experienced M&E Coordinator who can support high-profile residential projects. You’ll report directly to the Building Services Manager and play a key role in managing the design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems across multiple sites.

This is a real opportunity to get stuck into landmark projects, be part of a progressive team, and make a tangible impact on how high-quality homes are delivered.

As a M&E Coordinator:

  • Oversee and continuously monitor the quality of M&E installations from coordination right through to commissioning and handover.
  • Support site management teams with on-site M&E coordination, stepping in to help solve problems as they arise.
  • Work closely with project design teams to ensure M&E systems integrate seamlessly with architectural and structural elements.
  • Keep a close eye on M&E subcontractors onsite to make sure programmes stay on track and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise directly with utility providers, local authorities, and design teams to secure timely delivery of essential services like electricity, gas, water, and telecoms.
  • Identify where existing site services need to be modified and manage mains diversions in collaboration with utility providers.
  • Contribute to innovation and value engineering initiatives to bring the latest energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions to projects.
  • Manage temporary electrical and water systems on active sites.

M&E Coordinator Skills:
  • A qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • 4+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar management role, ideally within the residential sector.
  • A keen interest in energy management and staying ahead of trends in residential building services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills – you’re just as comfortable on-site as you are in design meetings.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your workload independently.
  • A trade background is an advantage but not essential.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites across Dublin and Leinster.

The Package:
  • Salary of at least €80,000 (DOE) + full benefits package
