You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in M&E construction, looking to join a well-established contractor delivering complex electrical (LV, MV & HV) and mechanical (HVAC / piping) projects across multiple sectors.
This is a senior delivery-focused role, responsible for managing projects from initial handover through construction, testing, commissioning and final close-out. You will act as the key point of contact for clients while leading site teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Project Manager – Skills & Experience: Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Manager role within the M&E or construction sector
Strong experience delivering electrical and/or mechanical building services projects
Proven ability to manage projects across the full lifecycle from pre-construction to handover
Demonstrated experience with budget management, cost control and commercial reporting
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations and industry standards
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
High level of commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
Process-driven approach with a strong focus on EHS, quality and programme control
As a Project Manager you will: Take full ownership of assigned projects from handover through to completion
Lead project start-up activities including staffing, planning, procurement and mobilisation
Develop and manage project programmes, cashflow forecasts, cost plans and reporting systems
Coordinate closely with design teams, clients and internal departments on engineering and procurement matters
Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and compliant site operations
Chair and attend client, subcontractor and internal progress meetings
Monitor productivity, programme performance and cost control on an ongoing basis
Provide accurate monthly reporting to senior management
Oversee testing, commissioning and final handover activities
Ensure delivery of O&M manuals, as-built drawings and final accounts
Manage project close-out, demobilisation and post-handover client support
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and beyond
Promote continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance project delivery standards
Ensure full compliance with company information security, quality and safety management systems
Health, Safety & Quality: Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all projects
Ensure full compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations
Uphold high standards of quality, documentation and reporting at all stages of the project
Ensure all works are delivered in line with approved quality and safety plans
The Package: A competitive salary of €85,000 – €105,000 DOE is on offer, along with a strong benefits package, long-term career progression, and the opportunity to work on technically challenging, high-value M&E projects with a respected contractor.
