The Role – M&E Project Manager
The M&E Project Manager will lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages on a complex engineering project in Cork. This is a senior position where you will oversee programme delivery, quality standards and safety performance across a fast paced construction environment.
Working closely with project directors, construction managers and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure that mechanical and electrical systems are delivered to programme while maintaining the highest technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages on a large scale construction project
- Manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors and site teams
- Coordinate with construction management and engineering teams to ensure programme targets are met
- Monitor installation progress and project schedules
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety procedures across all M&E activities
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Coordinate closely with design teams and consultants to resolve technical issues
- Implement quality control procedures across all building services installations
- Provide regular progress reports to senior project leadership
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- 7 years experience delivering M&E packages on large construction projects
- Experience working with major contractors on complex building services installations
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within large scale developments
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to manage programme delivery and technical coordination
- A strong focus on quality, safety and project performance
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 DOE plus package
