As a Mechanical Engineer:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience in both residential and commercial projects is required.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident communicator with excellent coordination skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of M&E systems within building projects.
- Proven track record of managing and coordinating projects effectively.
Mechanical Engineer Skills:
- Act as a key liaison between clients, design teams, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Participate in coordination meetings with design teams to align project goals.
- Conduct design reviews, validate equipment, and oversee pipe and duct sizing.
- Prepare and manage technical submittals, equipment registers, and progress trackers.
- Oversee the execution and management of commissioning test certificates.
- Address and manage mechanical-related RFIs during the construction phase.
- Coordinate and manage all drawing activities, including requests, revisions, and updates to as-built status.
