We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a leading mechanical services contractor based in Co. Cork.
You will be responsible for supporting mechanical project delivery from installation and commissioning through to handover, coordinating mechanical services across commercial, industrial, healthcare and institutional projects.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term career progression and exposure to technically challenging mechanical services projects.

Mechanical Engineer Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 3 years’ experience in mechanical services delivery or engineering within construction environments
- Experience in HVAC, steam/condensate, medical gases, RO, CHW/LPHW systems or similar
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to quality, safety and collaborative project delivery
- Support delivery of mechanical services installations across live projects
- Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and material procurement
- Assist with testing, commissioning and system handover
- Ensure installations comply with specifications, standards and safety requirements
- Liaise with project managers, supervisors and QS teams
