As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will work closely with the Contracts Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion.
This includes managing design reviews, technical submittals, procurement schedules, project coordination, site planning, supplier engagement, and collaboration with Design Teams and Main Contractors.

As a Mechanical Project Manager:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience in drafting and basic knowledge of:
- Mechanical installation industry standards.
- Drawing checks and vendor information.
- Survey data application and tie-in requirements.
- Project tracking and client engagement on technical matters.
- Full clean driving license and Irish construction experience.
Mechanical Project Manager Skills:
- Collaborate with Principal Designers and Engineers to develop all aspects of project execution.
- Act as a liaison with multidisciplinary Design Teams and Client representatives during project meetings.
- Provide comprehensive project support to the Contracts Manager.
- Plan and coordinate mechanical installations to align with industry standards and client requirements.
- Oversee technical submittals, vendor documentation, and tie-in requirements.
- Ensure EHS policies are integrated into all aspects of work.
- Track project progress from scheduling and cost perspectives, ensuring compliance with agreed milestones.
- Communicate project requirements and design intent effectively to team members.
