The Role – Mechanical Project Manager
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the mechanical package on a major data centre project. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality delivery of all mechanical works, managing programme, cost, subcontractors and client relationships from construction through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 (DOE)

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the mechanical package on a major data centre project. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all mechanical works on a large-scale data centre project
- Manage programme delivery, milestones and sequencing of mechanical installations
- Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement and resource planning
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards on site
- Monitor quality control and ensure all works meet specification
- Manage project costs, variations and reporting with commercial teams
- Liaise with client, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Drive commissioning readiness and project handover
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or building services
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on large-scale projects
- Strong data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability
- Detail-driven with a focus on quality and delivery
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-value construction environment
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 (DOE)
