Mechanical Services Coordinator Building Services Residential and Commercial Projects
Co Down
Growing mechanical contractor delivering large scale residential and commercial developments across Ireland
Salary £45,000 to £50,000 DOE plus pension, fuel card for travel, 30 days annual leave
The Company
This established and expanding mechanical contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality building services solutions across residential and commercial projects throughout Ireland. With a growing project pipeline and continued investment in their preconstruction capability, they are now strengthening their technical team at head office level.
Known for their collaborative approach and strong delivery standards, the company works closely with developers, main contractors and design teams to ensure projects are coordinated efficiently from early design through to handover.
The Role Mechanical Services Coordinator
This is a key preconstruction role focused on managing mechanical coordination across multiple projects before they reach site. Working closely with the Preconstruction Manager, you will take ownership of design coordination, technical reviews and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are set up for successful delivery.
You will act as the central link between consultants, contractors and internal teams, resolving technical challenges early and driving efficient coordination to protect programme and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Salary £45,000 to £50,000 DOE
Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity to move into a more commercially and technically focused preconstruction role with a contractor that is growing steadily across Ireland. You will gain exposure to multiple projects at early stages, giving you a broader skillset than a typical site based position.
The role offers real progression as the preconstruction team expands, making it ideal for a building services engineer, MEP coordinator or project engineer looking to step into a more strategic position.
