The Role – MEP Lead
As MEP Lead, you will take full responsibility for the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services on a major data centre project in Helsinki. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all MEP elements are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
This is a senior site-based position where your leadership will directly impact project performance, from early coordination through to commissioning and handover.

Salary: €90,000 to €110,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Health and Safety across all MEP activities on site
- Manage programme delivery, ensuring all MEP works are aligned with project timelines
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical teams, subcontractors and site engineers
- Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and buildability
- Drive quality control across installations, inspections and commissioning stages
- Monitor and report on progress, risks and performance to senior management
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Identify and implement design and construction improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- Proven experience in an MEP Lead or Senior MEP role on large-scale construction or data centre projects
- Excellent understanding of MEP systems, installation processes and commissioning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams on site
- Commercial awareness with experience managing programme, costs and resources
- Detail-focused with a strong commitment to quality and delivery deadlines
- Effective communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
Salary: €90,000 to €110,000 (DOE)
