As an MEP Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in the successful planning and development of major design and build projects across Ireland and the EU.
Based in Co Kildare, you will join a high-performing pre-construction team, supporting the early lifecycle of complex builds such as data centres, pharmaceutical plants, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and mission-critical facilities.
This role demands a deep understanding of electrical building services and their integration within large-scale, technically complex environments.
You will lead the MEP design coordination process from concept through to handover to delivery teams, ensuring that all MEP-related aspects are fully developed, coordinated, cost-effective, and aligned with the broader project goals.
Working across multiple concurrent projects and regions, you will liaise closely with internal stakeholders, specialist subcontractors, consultants, and client teams to ensure all MEP design and procurement strategies are technically robust, commercially viable, and programme compliant.
You will also support technical reviews, constructability assessments, value engineering initiatives, and drive innovative and sustainable design solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, technically sharp, and commercially astute MEP professional to influence and shape some of the most complex and high-profile construction projects in the region from the ground up.
