As they continue expanding across Ireland, they now seek a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to support their growing operations.


The Role – Office Manager

Based in Maynooth, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day office operations, supporting HR activities, and helping coordinate the company’s upcoming transition to their new Headquarters staying in Kildare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all office operations, supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships

  • Support preparation and smooth relocation to the upcoming Leixlip Innovation Hub

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance files

  • Assist with HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee support

  • Prepare reports and maintain HR systems and databases

  • Organise meetings, training events, and company initiatives

  • Work with HR to ensure company policies and procedures are upheld

  • Handle sensitive information with complete discretion


About You – Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency across MS Office (Excel essential)

  • Experience with Workday or another HRIS system

  • Previous experience in office management and/or HR administration

  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner

  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

Desirable:

  • HR qualification or experience in HR support

  • Experience assisting with office moves or transition projects
