This growing Irish main contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering large scale construction projects across the hospitality, healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors throughout Ireland.
With an experienced senior management team and a strong pipeline of work across Munster, they are recognised for delivering technically challenging projects to a high standard while maintaining a practical and collaborative site culture.
They are currently delivering a major hospitality development in Co Clare and are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the project through the next phases of delivery.
The Role: Project Manager
This is a senior Project Manager position overseeing a large scale hospitality construction project in Co Clare.
You will take full responsibility for programme delivery, subcontractor management, quality control, commercial coordination, and health & safety performance on site. Reporting to the Contracts Director, you will lead the site management team while ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the highest construction standards.
The project includes significant RC frame construction, high specification internal finishes, and complex coordination across multiple work packages, making this an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with strong technical construction experience.
This role suits a hands on Project Manager who is comfortable leading large site teams and driving programme performance within a live construction environment.
Must Have Requirements
Preferred Experience
• Hospitality, hotel or high-end commercial project experience preferred
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline beneficial
• Strong commercial awareness and reporting ability

- Oversee project planning, sequencing, and programme delivery
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and company procedures
