The Company
This Irish main contractor has a strong track record delivering technically demanding construction projects across Ireland, including manufacturing, life sciences, commercial and large scale developments.
They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to take a key role in the delivery of a €20m manufacturing facility in Dundalk, Co Louth. The project will require strong coordination across the site, design, commercial and specialist subcontractor teams, with a particular focus on programme, quality and safe delivery.
The Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of this €20m manufacturing project in Dundalk, working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team.
You will coordinate site operations, subcontractors, design information and programme delivery, ensuring the project progresses safely and efficiently while maintaining the required quality standards.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 7+ years’ construction experience with strong Project Manager or senior site management experience
- Proven experience required delivering large scale building projects with a main contractor
- Strong experience managing subcontractors, programme and quality through the construction phase
- Good knowledge of Irish construction standards, health and safety requirements and site procedures
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences or industrial project experience preferred
- Experience delivering projects valued at €15m+ beneficial
- Strong understanding of M&E coordination and specialist subcontractor packages beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the construction programme and day-to-day delivery of the project
- Coordinate site management, engineering, design and commercial teams
- Manage subcontractors and specialist packages across the build
- Monitor programme progress and identify potential delays or delivery risks
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site
- Oversee quality control and ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Coordinate design information and resolve technical issues with the project team
- Liaise with the client, consultants and subcontractors throughout delivery
- Work closely with the commercial team on procurement, variations and project costs
- Manage project reporting, progress meetings and short-term planning
- Drive the project through construction, commissioning and handover
