A leading Irish residential developer has commenced an exciting new €30m Large-Scale Residential Development in Kildare. The scheme will deliver over 200 homes across a mix of houses, apartments and duplexes, together with landscaped public spaces, childcare facilities, and full civil infrastructure works.
They now require an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to take full control of the project, from initial groundworks and services through to final handover.
The Opportunity: This is a rare chance to oversee a flagship scheme from the very beginning, with responsibility for bringing a multi-phase development through all stages. They now require an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to take full control of the project, from initial groundworks and services through to final handover.

Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day management of all on-site operations across houses, duplexes, and apartment blocks
- Oversee subcontractors, direct staff, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Ensure strict compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and programme targets
- Regularly report progress to the Contracts Manager
- Coordinate civils, infrastructure, and public works including road realignment, drainage, and utilities connections
Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years’ experience in construction, ideally with a main contractor or residential developer
- Previous track record as a Project Manager / Senior Site Manager delivering multi-unit housing projects
- Strong understanding of trades, sequencing, and complex residential builds
- Relevant qualification in Construction / Engineering or a strong trade background
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Package:
- €85,000 – €90,000 basic salary
- Company vehicle & fuel card
- Pension, bonus & benefits package (negotiable depending on experience)
