This established Irish mechanical contractor has been delivering high quality HVAC, mechanical, and turnkey building services projects for almost three decades. Operating across Dublin and the wider Leinster region, they work with leading clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, industrial, food processing and advanced manufacturing sectors, delivering technically demanding mechanical installations from design through to commissioning.
Continued growth has created the need for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple mechanical projects across Dublin. You'll be joining a well-resourced business with strong technical support, excellent career progression, and a genuine commitment to training and professional development.
The Role: Project Manager Based in Dublin, Co Dublin, you will take full responsibility for delivering mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through installation, commissioning, and client handover.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal engineering teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a mix of office, site and client-facing responsibilities across several live projects.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background delivering complex building services projects for a mechanical contractor.
You understand programme delivery, commercial performance and client expectations, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout every stage of the project. Your ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with clients and consultants allows you to consistently deliver successful mechanical projects.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering mechanical building services projects.
- Proven experience managing HVAC and mechanical installations on commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare or industrial projects.
- Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering qualification required.
- Experience managing project costs, programmes and subcontractors.
- Full driving licence.
- Data centre or life sciences project experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of BIM, CAD or digital project delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards accreditation.
- Health & Safety qualifications.
- Experience with commissioning and handover documentation.
- Lead mechanical projects from contract award through to final completion.
- Manage project budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
- Ensure mechanical installations are delivered safely and to specification.
- Attend client, design and technical coordination meetings.
- Monitor programme milestones and resolve technical issues.
- Work closely with design engineers and BIM teams throughout delivery.
- Oversee commissioning activities and final project handover.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and quality procedures.
- Produce regular project progress reports for senior management.
