The Company
This established Irish ventilation specialist provides engineered air movement and HVAC solutions for commercial, industrial and technically demanding building projects throughout Ireland.
Their offering includes ventilation systems, fans, air handling units, heat recovery, smoke ventilation, dampers, ductwork, controls and prefabricated solutions, supported by experienced engineering and technical teams.
They are now looking for a Project Planner to support the planning and coordination of projects from order through engineering, procurement, supply and delivery.
The Role: Project Planner
Based in Dublin, Co Dublin, you will develop and maintain project programmes while working closely with engineering, procurement, sales, suppliers and project teams.
The focus will be on ensuring ventilation and HVAC packages are properly planned, key dates are tracked and equipment, technical information and project deliverables are available in line with programme.
Must Have Requirements
You are an organised Project Planner with a practical understanding of M&E, HVAC or construction project delivery. You'll be comfortable managing multiple programmes, tracking equipment and information and working with engineering and project teams to keep delivery on schedule.

Must Have Requirements
- Proven planning, project coordination or scheduling experience within construction, M&E, HVAC or engineering.
- Strong understanding of project programmes, sequencing and delivery schedules.
- Good Microsoft Project and Excel skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- HVAC, ventilation or mechanical building services experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating equipment procurement, technical submittals and project delivery beneficial.
- Experience working with M&E contractors, consultants and construction project teams advantageous.
- Prepare and maintain project programmes and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate key dates across engineering, procurement, suppliers and project delivery.
- Monitor programme progress and highlight potential delays or risks.
- Track technical submittals, approvals, equipment lead times and delivery dates.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project requirements are properly planned.
- Provide regular programme and progress updates to management.
- Support project teams in resolving scheduling and delivery issues.
