Job title: Project Planner – INTEL

Package: €70,000 to €80,000 DOE + package
The Company
This international M&E engineering contractor delivers major semiconductor, data centre, pharmaceutical and industrial projects across Ireland and Europe.
They are looking for an experienced Project Planner to support the delivery of a major M&E project in Co Kildare.
The Role: Project Planner
Working closely with the Project Manager, Lead Planner, commercial team and site management, you will develop and maintain construction programmes, track progress and flag programme risks before they impact delivery.
You will also coordinate with the main contractor to ensure M&E activities are properly integrated into the overall construction programme.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Project Planner with strong construction knowledge, good commercial awareness and the ability to identify programme issues early and communicate them clearly to the project team.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 5+ years’ construction planning or project controls experience.
- Strong Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project experience required.
- Proven experience developing and managing construction programmes.
- M&E, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centre or major industrial project experience preferred.
- Develop and maintain detailed, labour-loaded construction programmes.
- Track progress, productivity and earned man-hours.
- Produce look-ahead programmes and progress reports.
- Identify programme risks and support mitigation measures.
- Coordinate programme requirements with project, site and commercial teams.
- Support programme reviews and schedule negotiations with the main contractor.
