What you’ll get in return The base salary for the position is expected to be approx. €75,000 - €80,000 (negotiable) depending on experience. A 10% bonus, pension, full healthcare and additional holidays will be put in place for the successful candidate and the opportunity to work with one of the most exciting construction companies in Ireland.

Project Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- 5+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor / PQS / Developer
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
- Experience on large commercial / residential projects
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
As Project Quantity Surveyor
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Negotiate and agree subcontractors
