The Role – QA/QC Engineer
As a QA/QC Engineer, you will take ownership of quality assurance and quality control across mechanical and electrical works on a major data centre project in Espoo. This is a site-based role where your input will directly impact project quality, compliance, and successful delivery.
You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project management to ensure all installations meet strict quality standards, while driving continuous improvement across all phases of the build.

The Role – QA/QC Engineer
As a QA/QC Engineer, you will take ownership of quality assurance and quality control across mechanical and electrical works on a major data centre project in Espoo. This is a site-based role where your input will directly impact project quality, compliance, and successful delivery.
You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project management to ensure all installations meet strict quality standards, while driving continuous improvement across all phases of the build.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all Health and Safety standards are aligned with quality procedures and site requirements
- Plan and carry out quality audits, inspections, and testing activities across MEP works
- Monitor programme milestones to ensure quality is maintained throughout sequencing and delivery
- Review and approve subcontractor quality plans and documentation
- Oversee installation quality across mechanical and electrical systems
- Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records
- Liaise with project teams and clients to resolve quality issues efficiently
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
- Background in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a QA/QC role within construction or MEP environments
- Proven experience working on data centre or other mission-critical projects
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, ITPs, and inspection processes
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Driven, organised, and focused on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
Salary: €65,000 – €80,000 (DOE)
