As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all aspects of cost management across assigned projects, from tender stage through to final account based in Co Mayo/Offaly.

Quantity Surveyor Skills:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in civil engineering, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g., NEC, FIDIC, Public Works).
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong IT and measurement software proficiency (e.g., Excel, Cubit, CostX).
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
As a Quantity Surveyor:
- Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
- Prepare and evaluate subcontractor packages, variations, and claims.
- Support tendering and procurement processes, including pricing and negotiation.
- Provide monthly cost reports and value engineering recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company commercial procedures.
- Liaise with project managers and clients to provide accurate financial information.
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve project margins.
- Manage final accounts and project close-out documentation.
