What you’ll get in return The base salary for the position is negotiable but expected to be approx. €50,000 - €60,000 + vehicle, fuel, pension, bonus as well as the opportunity to work with one of the most respected construction companies in the West of Ireland.

Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor / Consultant
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
- Experience on large construction projects with a Main Contractor / Consultant
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
As Quantity Surveyor
- Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
- Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Negotiate and agree subcontractors
