The Opportunity:
You’ll play a central role on major projects from the ground up – from commencement through to final account. Working closely with a team of highly experienced professionals, you’ll have the chance to sharpen your commercial skills, grow within a supportive environment, and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contract administration, re-measurements, variations, and valuations
- Negotiate and agree interim payments with clients and subcontractors
- Prepare detailed monthly contract review reports
- Support tendering processes using internal systems and standardised rates
- Build and manage a trusted and competitive supply chain
Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a proactive, career-driven individual with a strong background in civil works.
You will have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in civil engineering and groundworks
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and commercial management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project
- The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- EU citizenship and eligibility to work without restriction
